We at MinTChai – Aranyakas, The Forest Dwellers work very hard to ensure our products are well maintained and procured through reliable and reputed forest farms, organic farms and through licensed farmers who grow organically.

We issue refunds only in the below mentioned cases :

i) If we are unable to provide the product in a reasonable time period after placing the order i.e. if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse after 5 working days of the order being placed.

ii) if the product has been damaged in transit – we will give the option to refund or send the same product at no cost.

All orders placed on the website are immediately processed , therefore , to cancel your order an email must be sent within 2 hours of placing the order. To request your cancellation please email on support@aranyakas.in
